Perhaps you haven’t decided on a costume yet and a Halloween mask might prove to be just the thing that helps you decide. Think how many characters wore masks in the comics and movies and before you know it you could be Batman, Jason from Friday the 13th, or the creepy stalker from the Scream movies with that long, white faced mask. The addition of other accessories such as plastic knives and weapons and perhaps a splash or two of fake blood can make you look like a real Halloween nightmare.

Wearing a mask is a great way to get into the character without feeling self-conscious about playing the part and is a great way to keep your friends guessing about who is hiding behind the disguise. A fun party game might be for everyone to show up in masks and with a prize going to the person that guesses the most correctly.
