Returns Policy

We surely wish that you are totally satisfied with your purchases at But due to the nature of products we sell, and also to maintain our low cost policy, we have the following Return and Exchange Policy:

All requests for returns/exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receiving the costume. You must obtain our authorization prior to returning the item.

1. If we sent you the wrong costume (wrong style, color or size), we will exchange it for the right costume. You must return it within 72 hours.
2. If it has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it. You must return it within 72 hours.
3. If the costume was damaged in transit by UPS, please contact them for reimbursement. They have a reasonably good policy for reimbursement.
4. If upon visual inspection, it looks like the size won't fit, we will exchange it for a different size. You must return it within 72 hours.
5. If upon visual inspection you don't like the costume, we will exchange it for a different style that we may have in stock. You must return the original costume within 72 hours. The exchange item value must be more or equivalent to the original purchase item cost. No refund is paid.
6. If you want to return a costume and do not want an exchange (e.g. there may be no time left to receive a substitute costume), we will refund the cost minus 25% restocking fee, provided it is returned in original packing and has not been worn at all. You must return the original costume within 48 hours.

Shipping costs are not refunded. Also since we operate at very low margins and many of the costumes and accessories are of very low costs, you will have to ship the items for returns or exchanges at your costs.

If you are buying a costume for a special party, and if you want to use Return or Exchange privileges, then you must buy early enough, so that in case you need to exchange the costume, there will be enough time available.

During Halloween Season (Oct 11 to Oct 31) we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. However, during this period, if you have received a wrong costume from our side or there is a manufacturing defect, you can inform us about the same within 48 hours and take our authorization for the same. We will accept your return after the Halloween season and offer you full credit (minus all shipping costs).
