We have a totally automated back end order management and fulfillment system to expedite the shipping of every order. Thus, it is practically not possible for us to pick out and stop a single order from shipment once the order is in warehouse.
Before the order goes to the warehouse, it will be in new state for a very short duration, during which stage you have an opportunity to cancel an item or order. You can also cancel an item/order if it is placed on hold by the warehouse. You can see the status of any order from the My Orders page and if it is in New/Hold status, you will have a button available to cancel the item / order.
We have a separate
deptartment that handles orders.
